The Natural Way to Rebalance your Biochemistry

Have you ever struggled with out of control cravings for sweets?
Do you love comfort foods? does bread, ice cream or chocolate call your name?
Does your ritual latte and donut help you get you started in the morning?
Do you raid the refrigerator more often in the late afternoon or evening?
Do you turn to food in times of stress, when you need something to help you unwind?

If you said yes to any of these questions I would warmly invite you to consider exploring a new and effective approach.

For the past 14 years, I have been teaching the process of Aware Eating. By practicing skills of mindful eating, my clients learn to listen to their bodies, to eat when they are hungry and stop when satisfied. Most of them discover an inner peace and freedom from obsession that was truly liberating. However, I noticed there were some clients who had a very difficult time connecting to their body at all. Despite their efforts at paying attention, they continued to struggle with overwhelming cravings. I was determined to find anything that could help to break this endless cycle.

I found the missing piece in a book called The Diet Cure by Julia Ross MA.

This book along with her companion book, The Mood Cure, outlined the essential information I had been looking for. Eagar to learn more, I attended Julia Ross’s Professional Training in Los Angeles. Since then, I have been applying this approach to guide my clients in finding the supplements that would best fit to replenish their brain and nurture their body. The results have been remarkable. Most of them have easily eliminated their cravings for sweets and starches in less than 24 hours!

They also:

  • Feel more energetic and uplifted
  • Naturally want to exercise
  • Experience a deeper sense of well-being
  • Notice depression lift as they feel more calm and relaxed
  • Enjoy eating fresh, healthy foods

There are 8 steps to overcoming the physical deficiencies that lead to food cravings, emotional eating, low energy and weight gain. The first step is to replenish your depleted brain chemistry by the use of amino acids targeted to address your specific concerns. Amino acids, the building blocks contained in protein foods, are essential in creating mood- enhancing chemicals (neurotransmitters) in the brain. Chronic dieters, people who suffer from eating disorders and those with depression are most often deficient in these crucial neurotransmitters. The good news is that these mood- enhancing chemicals can be replenished easily and effectively by taking specific amino acids as well as other supplements.

As your personal coach, I guide you to take the right kind of amino acids at the right time, in combination with a nutrition plan that optimizes your overall health. During our 11/2 hour phone consult and 5 follow-up sessions, you will receive excellent guidance and support in creating a structure that is tailor made to suit your body’s unique needs. All I can say is that this system works! It is effective, safe and fast. But you don’t have to take my word for it. Find out for yourself.

You can go to the following websites: www.dietcure.com and www.moodcure.comand fill out the online questionnaires. If you do have high scores, I recommend that you buy the book, The Diet Cure by Julia Ross. If you would like additional support and expert guidance in creating a customized plan, then fill out the free consultation form to receive a personal coaching session. Together, we can help you to feel better and to eliminate food cravings much more easily than you can imagine!

Note: Coaching is not meant to take the place of medical treatment or the advise of a nutritionist. If at any time there is a concern that would be best addressed by additional resources, I will make a recommendation that you see a qualified health professional in your area for additional support.
