As a personal coach, I am passionate about empowering women to discover a deep connection with the miracle that is always with them… their body. As an artist, I am passionate about expressing the Sacred Feminine. By listening to our bodies, we honor the Goddess that lives in each of us.

Painting on Silk I discovered the technique of painting on silk in Paris in 1983. For the past 20 years, I have been developing my unique style using a combination of fabric dye and airbrush to create soft, fluid transitions of color that are both vibrant and luminous. As I work, the image of the sacred feminine is made real and becomes a living, breathing presence.

Pastel drawings During my recovery from food addiction, I discovered that by drawing I could express and release the intense emotions as they arose rather than trying to swallow them by eating frantically. Most of the time, the images emerged spontaneously, I had no idea before hand what would be created. I often drew without my glasses on so the final piece was usually a surprise.
