Guilt and Gluttony
Often we are caught between two voices in the mind. First the voice of the child (gluttony) that says: “Go ahead and have that chocolate ice cream sundae ” and the devil’s voice (guilt) that says: ” I wouldn’t have done that if I were you!” We feel trapped between the child in the belly below screaming for attention and the image of the ideal woman’s body floating above.
